当前,我国已进入“十三五”时期,这一时期我国经济所表现出来的基本特征仍然是经济新常态,但它与“十二五”时期是有所区别的,“十三五”时期的重点工作是加快形成引领经济新常态发展的体制机制和发展方式,在创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的五大发展理念指导下,通过供给侧结构性改革等一系列全面深化改革的措施,创造公平正义的社会环境,更好地造福人民。
