本文研究了异戊二烯在稀土催化剂作用下聚合动力学的一般规律。通过稳态处理及分段聚合证明,体系的活性中心数目基本稳定。聚合转化率低于50%时,聚合速率与单体浓度呈一级关系,同催化剂浓度为1.7级关系。聚合表观活化能为9.0千卡/克分子。聚合物的特性粘数随转化率增加而增大的事实,说明本体系具有某些“活性”聚合的特性。
In this paper, the general rules of polymerization kinetics of isoprene with rare earth catalysts were studied. Steady-state processing and segmented polymerization proved that the number of active centers in the system was basically stable. Polymerization conversion rate of less than 50%, the polymerization rate and monomer concentration showed a first-class relationship with the catalyst concentration of 1.7 relationship. The apparent activation energy of polymerization is 9.0 kcal / mol. The fact that the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer increases with increasing conversion indicates that the present system has some “living” polymerization characteristics.
