建筑业的发展为城市建设提供了良好的帮助,不仅是工业建筑、居民建筑,各类行业都离不开建筑业,所以建筑在现代社会中的地位最为重要。但我国人口急剧增多,自开放二孩政策以来,未来的土地资源问题更为堪忧,人口多土地资源少,导致建筑物越来越高,所以对建筑的要求也越来越高。地下室人防是建筑中不可或缺的一部分,在对其进行设计时也应注意一些特殊问题,下文对地下室人防设计中存在的问题及对策进行探讨。
