1、立项背景预制装配式墙板是预制装配式建筑体系中的重要部件,包括承重与非承重预制墙板两类,墙板厚度可根据结构及节能设计确定。该技术可最大限度地实现预制混凝土外墙的承重、围护、保温、装饰等性能的系统组成。目前,预制装配式墙板技术涉及保温技术、一体化装饰技术、防水抗渗技术及现场施工及生产技术。现有技术主要存在以下几点问题或待提高的方面包括:
