本文介绍侧颅底显微手术治疗耳颞部肿瘤８例。其中采用颞上进路１例，颞下进路４例，颞后进路３例。结果存活７例，经１５～８年随访无复发，例２左耳腺样囊性癌术后２年死于原发病。本文对该病的诊断步骤、辅助检查方法、手术进路、颅神经及大血管的保护，面神经的改道新法手术，以及手术复发死亡病例结合文献进行了讨论。
This article describes the side skull base microsurgery treatment of otolaryngological tumors in 8 cases. One case of superior temporal approach, 4 cases of infratemporal approach, 3 cases of posterior temporal approach. Results Survival in 7 cases, no recurrence after 1 5 to 8 years follow-up, case 2 left adenoid cystic carcinoma died of primary disease 2 years after surgery. In this paper, the diagnosis of the disease steps, auxiliary examination methods, surgical approach, the protection of cranial nerves and blood vessels, facial nerve nerve diversion surgery, and the death of recurrent cases were discussed in conjunction with the literature.
