教育是人与人之间的心灵沟通,老师在我们的成长中发挥着不可替代的作用。所以,教师要建立良好的师生关系,要学会尊重和宽容学生,使学生真正将教师当作朋友。因此,在教学活动中,教师要求学生做的,自己首先要做到。不允许学生做的自己坚决不能做,提升教师魅力,使学生打心底里“佩服”教师,并以教师为榜样,进而,使学生得到健康的发展。
Education is the spiritual communication between people, teachers in our growth play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, teachers should establish a good relationship between teachers and students, to learn to respect and tolerate students, so that students really teachers as friends.
