1978年6月农业部朱荣付部长去日本参观回国后,向我所介绍国外塑料薄膜地面复盖先进技术并布置试验任务。随即拟定计划,着手准备。9月间在北京举行的外国农机展览会上搞到日本地面薄膜样品。我所立即与本市及外地塑料研究和生产部门联系。11月开始分别在长沙市塑料三厂和旅大市塑料研究所进行试制。在领导、科技人员和工人的共同努力下,试制出我国自产的质量接近日本地膜的超薄膜(厚度0.015~0.02毫米),于1979年1月开始在我区蔬菜温室、塑料大棚内进行试验。两个月来在中国农科院、北京市农科院蔬菜所等单位指导下和社队技术人员的积极参加下,通过精细管理,认其观察,实际采收表明:塑料大棚黄瓜、西红柿薄膜地面复盖栽培试验初见成效。现将试验情况简要汇报如下:
In June 1978, after Minister Zhu Rongfu paid a visit to Japan, Minister Zhu Rongfu introduced to me the advanced technology of foreign plastic film covering and the layout of experimental tasks. Then plan to start preparation. Japanese ground film samples were obtained at a foreign agricultural machinery exhibition held in Beijing in September. I immediately with the city and the field of plastic research and production department. November began in Changsha City Plastics Factory and Luda Plastics Institute trial. With the joint efforts of leaders, scientists and workers, the ultra-thin film (thickness of 0.015-0.02 mm) of our country’s self-produced mass film close to Japan’s membrane has been tried and produced in our vegetable greenhouses and plastic sheds since January 1979 . In the past two months, under the guidance of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Vegetables Institute of Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other units and with the active participation of the technical team of social teams, through fine management, the observation and actual harvest showed that: plastic greenhouse cucumber, tomato thin film Ground cover cultivation test initial success.
