目的 :建立葛根素葡萄糖注射液中葛根素及 3′ 甲氧基葛根素含量测定的方法。方法 :采用Nova PakC18柱 ,以甲醇 1 5 %冰醋酸 氯仿 (2 1∶78∶1)为流动相 ,二极管阵列检测器 ,测定波长为 2 5 0nm。结果 :平均加样回收率 :葛根素为 10 0 5 % ,RSD 0 88% ;3′ 甲氧基葛根素为 10 0 2 % ,RSD 1 14%。结论 :操作方便 ,结果可靠 ,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of puerarin and 3′ methoxypuerarin in puerarin glucose injection. Methods: A Nova Pak C18 column was used with methanol 15% glacial acetic acid chloroform (2 1∶78:1) as the mobile phase and a diode array detector with a detection wavelength of 250 nm. Results: The average recovery rate of puerarin was 10 0 5 %, RSD 0 88%; 3′ methoxy puerarin was 10 0 2 %, RSD 1 14%. Conclusion: The operation is convenient and the result is reliable. It can be used as a method for quality control of the product.
