观察了卷柏复方制剂对正常大鼠及四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠糖代谢的影响。结果表明:该制剂可降低大鼠正常血糖及四氧嘧啶所致的高血糖,促进胰岛素分泌,增加肝糖元合成。
Observed the effect of Semen Cochinchin preparation on glucose metabolism in normal rats and alloxan-induced diabetic rats. The results showed that the preparation can reduce normal blood glucose and hyperglycemia caused by alloxan in rats, promote insulin secretion, and increase hepatic glycogen synthesis.
