现在,农村幼教事业蓬勃发展,因而,提高农村幼儿园教师的素质,保证农村各级幼儿园(班)的保教质量成为摆在我们面前的一件大事。我市有23个乡镇,97万人口,现有幼儿园教师1400多名,其中初中文化程度以下的有400多名,占总数的35%左右。这些教师分布在各乡镇的村级幼儿园及个体幼儿园。为了提高农村幼儿园教师的业务水平,我们曾搞过一些活动,如举办暑期短训班,组织教师到示范性幼儿园跟班培训,观摩示范性幼儿园的教
Nowadays, the cause of rural preschool education is booming. Therefore, improving the qualities of rural preschool teachers and ensuring the quality of kindergarten (or class) education at all levels in rural areas has become a major issue for us. There are 23 villages and towns in our city with a population of 970,000. There are more than 1,400 kindergarten teachers in the city, of which more than 400 are junior high school students, accounting for about 35% of the total.
