在我国,电力行业工程科技人才的需求一般是和电力产业的规模成正比的。据《国际能源展望2006》预测,到2010年底,中国发电总装机容量将达8.18亿千瓦,“十一五”期间年均增长9.8%;到2020年,将达到11.86亿千瓦。按此发展速度计算,2020年中国发电总装机容量将超过美国跃居世界第一。如此来看,随着我国电力产业规模的不断扩大,对电力工程科技术人才的需求会越来越多,并呈现持续、长期增长的趋势。因此,洞悉电力产业的未来发展趋势,了解未来电力工程科技人才的需要就显得尤为重要,同时也是引导我国电力企业发展的指向标,指导我国电力产业又好又快的发展。
In China, the demand for engineering and technical personnel in the power industry is generally proportional to the size of the power industry. According to the forecast of “International Energy Outlook 2006”, by the end of 2010, the total installed capacity of China’s power generation will reach 818 million kilowatts, with an average annual increase of 9.8% during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period and 1.186 billion kilowatts by 2020. Calculated at this pace of development, by 2020 China’s total installed capacity of power generation will surpass that of the United States which ranks first in the world. In view of this, with the continuous expansion of the scale of China’s power industry, there will be more and more demand for power engineering and technical personnel, and there will be a sustained and long-term growth trend. Therefore, it is very important to understand the future development trend of electric power industry and understand the needs of future electric power engineering and technical personnel. At the same time, it is also a guideline to guide the development of electric power enterprises in our country and guide the sound and rapid development of electric power industry in our country.
