9.2中国证监会日前发布与《证券公司债券管理暂行办法》相配套的五个文件,从而使证券公司发行债券工作有了可操作的规范框架。9.6 日前,国家外汇管理局分别批准德意志银行和香港上海汇丰银行有限公司合格境外机构投资者(QFII)投资额度各5000万美元。截至目前,外管局已批准7家QFII投资额度共8.75亿美元。
9.2 The China Securities Regulatory Commission recently released five documents matching the Interim Measures for the Administration of Bonds of Securities Companies so that the issuance of bonds by securities companies has an operational normative framework. 9.6 Recently, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange approved the respective quotas of USD 50 million each for Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) of Deutsche Bank and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. As of now, the SAFE has approved a total of seven QFII investment amount of 875 million US dollars.
