医院是为人们治疗生理和心理上疾病的地方,是人们实现健康生活的重要保障,是社会上不可或缺的重要事业单位。所以医院的整体素质与我们的切身利益紧密相关,但是医院对于员工的绩效考核制度上存在着一些问题,挫伤了医院员工的工作积极性,阻碍了医院的日常工作。医院应该加快进行医院人员绩效考核制度的改进,提高员工的工作积极性,促进医院的发展,提升医院在人们心中的信誉。
The hospital is a place for people to deal with physical and psychological diseases, is an important guarantee for people to achieve a healthy life, and is an indispensable social institution. Therefore, the overall quality of the hospital is closely related to our vital interests. However, there are some problems in the hospital’s performance appraisal system for the employees, which dampens the enthusiasm of the hospital staff and hinders the daily work of the hospital. The hospital should expedite the improvement of the hospital staff performance appraisal system, improve the staff’s enthusiasm for work, promote the development of the hospital and enhance the reputation of the hospital in people’s minds.
