目的:探讨县级医院提高0~5年护士不良事件主动上报率的做法。方法:针对本院2014年护理不良事件中0~5年护士发生率高达90.70%,而主动上报率仅为28.21%,2015年分析原因采取成立护理不良事件管理小组、分管院长每月了解护理不良事件发生及改进情况、加强新入职护士的规范化培训及加大考核力度、修订护理不良事件上报表单及填写格式、创新讨论模式、完善奖惩机制等一系列倡导护理安全文化的措施。比较2014、2015两年0~5年护士不良事件发生的总数及主动上报率。结果:2015年0~5年护士发生不良事件比例下降至82.80%,主动上报率提高至84.42%。结论:通过采取一系列倡导护理安全文化措施,可提高县级医院0~5年护士不良事件主动上报率。
Objective: To explore how county hospitals can improve their voluntary reporting rate of 0-5 year nurses. Methods: The incidence of nurses in 0-5 years from 2014 to 2014 was 90.70% while the rate of voluntary reports was only 28.21%. In 2015, the reasons for the establishment of nursing adverse event management group were established and the dean was in charge of monthly nursing care A series of measures to advocate nursing safety culture such as standardization training and examination of newly enrolled nurses, revising forms for reporting adverse nursing events, filling in forms, innovating discussion modalities, and perfecting rewards and punishments have been strengthened as well as the occurrence and improvement of adverse events. Compare the total number of nurses with 0 to 5 years of nurses in 2014-2015 and the voluntary reporting rate. Results: The proportion of adverse events among nurses in 0-5 years dropped to 82.80% in 2015 and the active reporting rate increased to 84.42%. Conclusion: By taking a series of measures to advocate nursing safety and culture, the active reporting rate of nurses’ adverse events from 0 to 5 years in county hospitals can be improved.
