2003年的北京房地产界可谓经历了大悲大喜:从2003年6月中国人民银行《关于进一步加强房地产信贷的通知》(一般称为“121号文件”)发布,到国务院18号文件恰逢其时地出台托市,今年可以说是继1993年后房地产的又一个惊心动魄的年度。经过二十多年的历程发展到今天,房地产业似乎依旧在市场与政府、发展商的多方博弈中曲折前行。在变幻莫测的市场环境中,开发商们开始了一系列新的地产实验。这些实验还不仅仅是一种自救的冲动,更重要的是,它站在整个地产业角度上的思考,不仅为整个产业的将来奠定一块稳固的基石,同时也为地产行业的升级和转型寻求着出路。
The real estate industry in Beijing in 2003 experienced great compassion: From the PBC’s Notice on Further Strengthening Real Estate Credit (commonly known as “Document No. 121”) issued by the People’s Bank of China in June 2003 to the State Department’s document No. 18 coinciding Promulgation of the time to prop up the city, this year can be said that after 1993 real estate is another soul-stirring year.
