促进学生职业能力的发展,是我国高等职业教育不可忽视的重要维度之一。高职学生职业能力的开发与培养很大程度上依靠学校的日常教学。但高职院校的日常教学仅仅关注能够外显的技术知识与技能,忽略了过多的隐性技术知识和技能,这在很大程度上影响了学生职业能力的发展。论文试图从技术知识角度出发论述高职院校学生职业能力的培养,以期寻找一条职业能力开发的新路径。
To promote the development of students’ professional ability is one of the important dimensions that can not be ignored in our country’s higher vocational education. The development and cultivation of vocational skills of higher vocational students depends largely on the daily teaching in schools. However, the daily teaching in higher vocational colleges only focuses on the technical knowledge and skills that can be explicit, ignoring too much hidden technical knowledge and skills, which greatly affects the development of students’ professional competence. The thesis attempts to discuss the cultivation of vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of technical knowledge in order to find a new path of developing vocational ability.
