为客观判定予行玻璃体切割术的玻璃体积血病人的眼底状态,我们对部分病人术前行视网膜电图检查。现将50例行全玻璃体切除术术前的暗适应ERG 检测结果分析报告如下。一般资料本文50例玻璃体积血患者术前眼底均窥不进,视力均在0.1以下;其中男性45例,女性5例;最大年龄73岁,最小年龄9岁,平均36.0岁;右眼20例,左眼30例;外伤20例,视网膜静脉周围炎17例,动脉硬化性视网膜病变13例。
In order to objectively determine the fundus status of vitreous hemorrhage patients undergoing vitrectomy, we performed preoperative electroretinography on some patients. Now 50 cases of total vitrectomy preoperative dark adaptation ERG test results are reported as follows. General Information The 50 cases of vitreous hemorrhage in patients with preoperative fundus are not glimpseed, visual acuity were below 0.1; 45 cases were male and female 5 cases; the maximum age of 73 years, the youngest age of 9 years, mean 36.0 years; 20 cases of right eye , Left eye 30 cases; trauma 20 cases, 17 cases of retinal vein inflammation, arteriosclerotic retinopathy in 13 cases.
