以园土、蛭石、珍珠岩和草炭为基质材料,采用随机区组试验,设计10种基质配方,以园土为对照,对欧洲鹅耳枥一年生播种苗进行基质育苗试验,计算育苗成本、记录出苗率、测定植株的干物质积累量、苗高增长量、地径增长量、质量指数等,并对试验指标进行主成分分析,以期筛选出欧洲鹅耳枥一年生播种苗高效低成本基质。结果表明:不同基质的育苗成本、出苗率、质量指数、干物质积累量等差异显著,结合主成分分析结果,处理4(园土∶草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶2∶3)育苗成本最低且苗木质量最好,可以作为欧洲鹅耳枥生产育苗最佳基质参考。
Using garden soil, vermiculite, perlite and peat as matrix materials, 10 kinds of matrix formulations were designed by randomized block experiments. Soil seedlings were used as control. One year old seedlings of hornbeam, The seedling emergence rate was recorded. The dry matter accumulation, seedling height growth, diameter growth and quality index of the plant were measured. Principal component analysis (PCA) of the test index was conducted in order to select the effective and cost-effective matrix for annual seedling transplantion. The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling cost, seedling rate, quality index and dry matter accumulation among different substrates. According to the result of principal component analysis, ) The lowest cost of nursery seedlings and the best quality of seedlings, horn nurture can be used as the best breeding nursery substrate reference.
