目的:探讨教学改革背景下妇产科护理学实践教学中采用行动导向教学法的应用效果。方法:将湖南环境生物职业技术学院2013级三年制大专护理班妇产科护理学实践教学的学生作为研究对象,分为对照班与实验班,对照组班为常规教学,实验班采用行动导向教学法教学,对比其教学效果。结果:经对比后的结果显示,实验班94%的学生认可行动导向教学法,两项实践技能考核成绩优良率以96.0%,明显高于对照班的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:教学改革背景下妇产科护理学实践教学中采用行动导向教学法的应用效果显著,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of action-oriented pedagogy in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in the background of teaching reform. Methods: The students of three-year college nursing class in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching in 2013 in Hunan Environmental Bioengineering Technical College were divided into two groups: control class and experimental class, control group class for routine teaching, and experimental class for action-oriented Teaching method of teaching, compared to its teaching effectiveness. Results: After the comparison, 94% of the students in the experimental class approved the action-oriented teaching method. The excellent and good rates of the two practical skills tests were 96.0%, significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The application of action-oriented pedagogy in practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing under the background of teaching reform is effective and worthy of promotion.
