CB型R6米小方坯连铸机管式结晶器采用了先进的铜管侧面密封方式。但由于设备制造方面的原因,内外水套加工质量没有达到设计要求,造成水缝极不均匀、严重影响了连铸坯质量。经过我们的改进,既保留了铜管的侧面密封方式,把内外水套进出水的分隔密封方式由端面压紧密封改进为侧面密封,让内水套浮动,保证了水缝均匀,大大减少了铸坯的裂纹和脱方,提高了铸坯质量。同时也为设计新的结晶器提供了借鉴。
CB-type R6-meter billet caster tube mold uses advanced brass side seal. However, due to equipment manufacturing reasons, both inside and outside the water jacket processing quality did not meet the design requirements, resulting in a very uneven water, seriously affecting the quality of continuous casting billet. After our improvement, not only retained the copper side seal, the water jacket into the water out of the separation seal from the end of the pressure seal improved to the side seal, so that the water jacket to float, to ensure a uniform seam, greatly reducing the Slab cracks and off-side, improve the quality of the slab. At the same time, it also provides reference for designing new mold.
