一、前言测定板材表面裂纹试样的断裂韧度对于薄壁高压容器用超高强度钢是极为重要的。准确测定板材的断裂韧度值,不仅用于设计结构选材,而且可以判定筒体结构在使用过程中的安全可靠性。由于表面裂纹试样的应力分析是三维问题,裂纹最大深度点的应力强度因子与裂纹尺寸、位移和塑性区的关系比较复杂。在1962年Irwin提出应力强度因子表达式以后,又有许多学者发表了各种数学表达方程。1980年美国ASTM E24
I. INTRODUCTION Determining the fracture toughness of the surface cracked sheet specimens is extremely important for ultra-high strength steels used in thin-walled high pressure vessels. Accurate determination of the fracture toughness of the plate, not only for the design of structural material selection, but also to determine the cylinder structure in the course of the safety and reliability. Since the stress analysis of the surface cracked specimen is a three-dimensional problem, the relationship between the stress intensity factor at the maximum crack depth and the crack size, displacement and plastic zone is rather complicated. After Irwin proposed the stress intensity factor expression in 1962, many scholars published various mathematical expression equations. 1980 American ASTM E24
