聚氯乙烯塑料制化工设备已在国内得到广泛应用。为使塑料化工设备达到设计先进、结构合理和使用可靠,并进一步推广使用,化工部机械制造局下达编制“聚氯乙烯塑料制化工设备设计规范”任务。由化工部设备设计技术中心站负责编制,参加编制单位有化工部第三设计院、上海化工厂、衢州化工厂、浙江化工学院和上海电化厂等。本规范编写过程中曾广泛征求有关单位意见,并经多次,修改补充。浙江化工学院负责对三十种介质的静态浸渍耐腐蚀性能试验。本规范包括总则、材料、设计计算、结构设计、施工方法、安装及检验等内容。现将“聚氯乙烯塑料制化工设备设计规范”在本刊分三次连载,对本规范在实施中存在的问题和不足之处,请来函指正。
Polyvinyl chloride plastic chemical equipment has been widely used in China.
