江西应用技术职业学院是全国仅有的几所举办地学类专业的高等职业院校之一。为了适应社会发展、更好地培养地学高职人才,我们进行了充分调查研究,根据社会需要制定人才培养方案。坚持“产学研”相结合,“双师型”教师为主体,完善的野外实训基地和“订单式”培养的办学特色;并进行了一系列教学改革,取得了显著成效。
Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Applied Technology is one of the only higher vocational colleges in the country to hold specializations in geosciences. In order to adapt to the social development and better train geosciences higher vocational talents, we conducted a full investigation and study, according to the needs of society to develop personnel training programs. Adhere to the “combination of production, study and research”, “double teacher” as the main body, improve the field training base and “order-style” training school characteristics; and conducted a series of teaching reform and achieved remarkable results.
