上海人口老龄化已12年,“老有所医”问题日趋突出。1986年底上海已有139万离退休人员,预测2020年时将增至350万,约占当时在职职工人数的80%。为保障离退休人员的医疗保健服务,为有关部门制定医疗卫生发展策略、合理组织医疗保健服务工作提供参考,本文对离退休人员的医疗服务需求量及其影响因素作了分析。资料来源与方法
Since the aging of Shanghai’s population has been 12 years, the problem of “being old and getting medical attention” has become increasingly prominent. At the end of 1986, there were 1.39 million retirees in Shanghai, which is expected to increase to 3.5 million by 2020, accounting for about 80% of the number of employees at that time. To ensure the health care services for retirees and provide reference for relevant departments in formulating medical health development strategies and reasonably organizing health care services, this paper analyzes the medical service needs of retirees and their influencing factors.
