水库有养鱼水面130亩,一般水深约10m。应用“生氧量生物测验法”进行多次挂瓶培养试验,得出结论,水库施化肥时,以 N:P_(2)O_5=1:0.2-0.3为宜,氮肥浓度为0.2831ppm。
Reservoir has 130 acres of fish water surface, the general depth of about 10m. Applying “bioassay of bio-oxygen content” to several times, it was concluded that N 2 O 5 = 1: 0.2-0.3 and nitrogenous fertilizer concentration 0.2831ppm.
