从区域研究角度,我们把区域的层次性规定为区域——亚区域——次区域的层级结构。在经济全球化的时代,我们把中国定义为全球化范围内的区域,把包括五个经济特区、14个开放城市以及珠江三角洲、闽南厦漳泉三角洲、长江三角洲和环渤海湾经济区4大开放区的沿海开放地带定义为亚区域。20多年以来,沿海开放地带这一亚区域一直是我国改革开放的前沿阵地,又是经济发展的先行地带。它在未来中国经济发展中的地位将更加重要。目前国家西部开发战略正在实施,国家对若干战略资源的投向进行调整,但这不会影响沿海开放区域在国家经济发展中的地位。相反,越是实施西部开发战略,就越要推进沿海发展战略。
From a regional perspective, we define the hierarchy of a region as a hierarchy of regions - subregions - subregions. In the era of economic globalization, we defined China as a region within a globalized world. We included four special economic zones, 14 open cities and four major economic zones in the Pearl River Delta, the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Changzhou Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Bay Economic Zone The open coastal zone of open areas is defined as the subregion. For more than 20 years, the sub-region of the coastal open zone has always been the forefront of China’s reform and opening up and the forerunner of economic development. Its future economic development in China will become even more important. At present, the strategy of developing the western part of the country is being implemented. The state adjusts the orientation of some strategic resources, but this will not affect the status of the open coastal areas in the economic development of the country. On the contrary, the more the western development strategy is implemented, the more it is necessary to promote the coastal development strategy.
