针对装载机出口存在运输成本高的问题,提出SKD(Semi-Knocked Down)半散装件集装箱运输包装方式。结合装载机结构特点及集装箱运输方式确定运输包装方案的设计原则,通过对装载机各部件的装配关系及相关尺寸分析,从集装箱选择、整机拆解方案、产品包装、支架设计、装箱流程等环节进行运输方案设计。实际应用表明,所设计的装载机SKD运输方案具有可操作性,运输效果令人满意。
Aiming at the problem of high transportation cost at the exit of the loader, Semi-Knocked Down (SKD) semi-bulk container shipping packaging method is proposed. According to the structural characteristics of the loader and the mode of transport of the container, the design principle of the transport package scheme is determined. Through the assembly relationship and related dimension analysis of each component of the loader, from the aspects of container selection, machine disassembly solution, product packaging, stent design, Other aspects of transportation program design. The practical application shows that the designed loader SKD transportation scheme has the operability and the transportation effect is satisfying.
