学校文化是一所学校的命脉,她显现出来的是一所学校的办学特色、底蕴,她往往需要几代人的艰辛努力,经过不断地锻铸,反复地提炼,最终凝聚成意蕴深远的、影响莘莘学子健康成长的精神标志。宜兴市高塍实验小学的乒乓特色教学,培养了一大批优秀学子,更重要的是形成了一种以乒乓球文化为特色的学校文化。鉴于这一文化特色,我们积极开发校本课程,致力于乒乓球文化与学科教学的整合与利用,摸索、探究构建教学模式,务求学校的乒乓特色文化促进师生的健康和谐发展。
