行程丝杆的误差对螺纹磨床的运动精度有很大的影响,这可用机床的精度平衡计算和对加工零件的误差分析来证实。本文所提出的校正方法,可使田于螺纹磨床的行程丝杆引起的工件螺旋线周期运动误差降低2~3倍。行程丝秆的周期误差基本上决定于丝杆的轴向窜动和经向跳动,丝杆的轴向窜动完全反映在工件螺旋线的周期误差上。
The error of the travel screw has a great influence on the movement precision of the thread grinder, which can be confirmed by the balance calculation of the machine tool and the error analysis of the machined parts. The correction method proposed in this paper can reduce the error of the periodic movement of workpiece helix caused by the screw of the thread grinding machine by 2 ~ 3 times. The periodic error of the stalk is basically determined by the axial and longitudinal beating of the screw. The axial movement of the screw is completely reflected in the periodic error of the workpiece helix.
