对当前体育教学中不同程度地存在着忽视学生个体差异,一味追求“齐步走”等问题进行探讨,采用对照试验的方法,对“分层法”教学的学生进行研究,定量分析“分层法”教学对学生体质的影响,并提出了改革的几种思路。
