中国独特的城乡二元结构使社会保险呈现城乡不同特点。本文以改革开放作为分界线,描述改革开放前计划经济时期和改革开放后市场经济条件下城乡社会保险制度特点,对其进行比较和差别原因分析。
China’s unique dual structure of urban and rural areas makes social insurance presents different characteristics of urban and rural areas. This paper takes the reform and opening up as the dividing line and describes the characteristics of the urban-rural social insurance system under the planned economy period after the reform and opening up and the market economy after the reform and opening up, and compares and analyzes the reasons for the differences.
