近年来颜面骨折逐渐增多,其中还散见颜面中1/3骨折病例。因颜面中1/3骨折病例在许多场合,有上颌骨、颧骨、鼻骨、额骨、蝶骨、筛骨等骨折,因而在其治疗上就产生种种问题。在此类骨折中,对于粉碎及凹陷性骨折病例进行整复固定术时,首先遇到的问题就是怎样才能进入到骨折部位。这次我们摘要报告,在脑神经外科医生的协助下,使用头部冠状皮肤切开法,取得在直视下进行良好整复固定的额骨、鼻骨、上颌骨骨折1例的体会。病例:患者:49岁,男性。初诊:1985年3月16日。既往史:无特殊。现病史:1985年3月12日中午12时30分,在作业中因
