当前交通部门公路运输统计基本上以线路、设备和产量的实物量统计指标为主,对反映经济效益以及与宏观经济联系的价值量统计指标描述不足。随着经济社会的快速发展,公路运输逐渐走向物流信息时代,仅利用简单的实物量指标已经无法反映公路运输的经济作用,不能满足正确把握公路运输行业经济运行动态、有效引导行业健康发展的需要。
At present, the statistics of road transport in the transportation sector are mainly based on the physical quantity indicators of the lines, equipment and output, and the insufficient description of the indicators of the value of the economy reflecting the economic benefits and macroeconomic relations. With the rapid development of economy and society, the road transport gradually moves toward the logistics information era. The use of simple physical indicators alone can not reflect the economic function of road transport and can not satisfy the need of correctly grasping the economic operation of the road transport industry and effectively guiding the healthy development of the industry .
