目的:探讨边远地区地市级中医院在新医改背景下的发展策略。方法:用SWOT分析医院的内部优势、劣势和外部的机会和威胁。结果:医院内部的优势是近年来管理水平、学科建设、中医特色、服务能力都有较大提升,在当地已形成品牌;内部劣势是规模小,学科领军人物少,中青年医技力量较弱,负债率高;外部机会是各项中医药政策利好,医院地理位置就医便捷且社会认可度高;外部威胁是政府财政补助严重不足和分级诊疗、多点执业造成服务量减少。结论:制定发挥优势、抓住机遇、减少威胁的策略,实现医院的可持续发展。
Objective: To explore the development strategies of municipal hospitals in remote areas in the context of new medical reform. Methods: SWOT analysis of the hospital’s internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats. Results: The internal advantages of the hospital management level in recent years, discipline construction, traditional Chinese medicine features, service capabilities have greatly improved, the local has formed a brand; internal disadvantages are small scale, subject leaders little, young and middle-aged medical and technical strength is weak , The debt ratio is high; external opportunities are favorable for all Chinese medicine policies; convenient and highly accredited hospitals for medical treatment in the geographical location; external threats are serious deficiencies in the government financial subsidies and graded medical treatment, resulting in a decrease in service volume due to more practices. Conclusion: To formulate the strategy of giving full play to advantages, seizing opportunities and reducing threats so as to realize the sustainable development of the hospital.
