邓小平同志在南巡重要讲话中指出:要建立起新的市场经济体制,要加快改革开放的步伐,就要加快走向市场经济。在这个指导思想的推动下,我国社会主义市场经济有了显著的发展。现在,不少同志讲:要抓住机遇,告别计划经济体制,发展市场经济;要突破计划经济,尽快建立市场经济;要抓住良机,摆脱计划经济的依托,全面走向市场……。面对“告别”、“突破”、“摆脱”计划经济的提法,有的同志问:这是否意味着市场经济对计划经济的否定?为此,我谈点个人认识。

In the face of the saying of “say goodbye”, “breakthrough” and “getting rid of” planned economy, some comrades asked whether this means that the market economy will negate the planned economy. Therefore, I will talk about my understanding.
