近年来,随着市场经济的深入发展和我国高校招生规模的不断扩大,普通高校毕业生每年以60万左右的速度递增,就业机制也由传统的“统招统分、计划安排”的计划机制完全过渡到“市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生与用人单位双向选择”的市场机制,这就给高校毕业生党员管理和教育工作带来了新情况、新问题。因此,研究新形势下毕业生党员管理中存在的问题,分析其原因,探索相应的管理模式,已成为高校党建工作的一个重要课题。
