胆固醇性心包炎为一罕见疾病,我院近来收治1例报道如下。病例报告患者伍××,男,69岁。1979年7月始觉胸闷气促,活动时加剧,休息后减轻,2个月后症状加重,在某院门诊发现心脏浊音界扩大,X线胸片见右肺尖及第1前肋间少数斑点状阴影,心影呈烧瓶样扩大,提示右上肺结核及心包积液。经链霉素、异烟肼等抗痨治疗未见好转,1980年2月因病情发展而入某医院治疗。在该院检查心界仍然扩大,X线胸片
