商品价值量是由具有两种含义的社会必要劳动时间决定的，它们二者的关系比较密切，在建立市场经济的过程中，重视决定商品价值量的第二种含义的社会必要劳动时间有着重要的现实意义。
The value of commodities is determined by the socially necessary working time with two meanings. The two are closely related. In the course of establishing a market economy, the socially necessary working time which takes the second meaning of determining the value of the commodities has an important reality significance.
