通过体外血肿模型及自制的血肿抽吸装置进行血肿抽吸,测定27℃下孵育4、2、12、16,20、24h的血块抽吸所需的最大负压值,探讨了负压随时间变化的规律。结果表明,时间可影响血肿抽吸时的负压(P<0.01),4h抽吸血肿时负压最大,与其它时间比较有极显著差异(P<O.01);8h抽吸血肿时负压降低,与12h至24h抽吸负压比较有极显著差异(p<0.01);12h至24b期间任意两时间相比较抽吸负压无显著差异(P>0.05)。在12h至24h期间抽吸负压较低,容易成功。
Hematoma aspiration was performed by in vitro hematoma model and self-made hematoma aspiration device, and the maximum negative pressure required for blood clotting at 4, 2, 12, 16, 20 and 24 hours at 27 ℃ was measured.
