蝮蛇抗栓酶(以下简称抗栓酶)的临床应用日趋广泛,以往认为其不良反应发生率低,现发现它亦有一定的不良反应,严重者可导致死亡。为提请临床工作者注意,笔者根据本院多年的临床应用,结合有关文献,将其不良反应综述如下。 1 一过性反应可有发热、出汗、头痛、头胀、头晕、嗜睡、周身乏力、肢痛、肢胀、肢体水肿等。李淑华治疗脑血拴64例,头昏、肢软39例。毕林等治疗脑血栓后遗症100例,5例肢痛,2例发热。上述反应一般不需特殊处理,可自行消退,不影响治疗。 2 过敏反应抗拴酶为蛋白酶制剂,可引起各种过敏反应。我院曾统计抗栓酶皮试247例,阳性8例,占3.2％。其中1例引起全身荨麻疹。高喜霞治疗1例骨髓炎,未做皮试,用药5min后出现胸闷、面色苍白、呼吸困难、全身紫绀、血压0/0kPa,经给氧、肾上腺素、

Anaphylactic reaction Anti-tethering enzyme protease preparation, can cause a variety of allergic reactions.
