In 1986 October 8 to 12 in Tunxi City, Anhui Province held. Attending the meeting were the relevant units of the Ministry of Geology and Minerals and invited 103 representatives of 45 units from the State Development Planning Commission, the relevant departments of the State Planning Commission, coal, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, chemical industry, nuclear industry, building materials and the National Committee of the State Reserve to receive the summary materials 56 articles.
