The feasibility study of anti-sporozoite vaccine candidate vaccine against P. l.griseimembra was studied in Santa Lucia strain of P. falciparum. In view of the lack of availability of the monkeys, the authors report the possibility of using A. vociferans as a night monkey from Peru as a model for the transmission of a blockade vaccine.
