肝硬化并发急性腹膜炎和菌血症既往文献中很少专文报导。我院于63年曾见到一例坏死后性肝硬化并发急性腹膜炎和菌血症,尸检时发现有蜂窝织炎性小肠炎,现报导于下。病历摘要蔡××(住院号581429),男,45岁,干部,山东人。因乏力、腹胀伴腹泻2年于61年11月27日入院。患者于59年冬开始感乏力,胃纳稍差,腹胀,体重渐减,于此同时常有腹泻,日3—5次稀便。61年春起腹胀与腹泻等症状
