紫外线照射充氧自血回输配合传统疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变22例,单用传统疗法者25例为对照。发现血疗组肢体麻木、疼痛及乏力的缓解率均显著高于对照组。本文认为紫外线充氧血疗可能通过改善周围神经组织缺氧,促进神经功能恢复而发挥治疗作用,对缓解糖尿病伴周围神经病变的临床症状有一定疗效。
22 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with ultraviolet irradiation and blood oxygenation combined with traditional therapy, and 25 cases were treated with traditional therapy alone. Hemotherapy group found numbness, pain relief and fatigue were significantly higher than the control group. This paper argues that ultraviolet oxygenated blood therapy may play a therapeutic role by improving peripheral nerve tissue hypoxia and promoting neurological function recovery, and has a certain curative effect on relieving the clinical symptoms of diabetes with peripheral neuropathy.
