随着现代社会的不断发展,在高新科技的强大依托下,图书馆革命的时代也已经到来。在图书馆的各项功能之中,服务是最能体现其基本宗旨的一点,甚至可以这样说,图书馆发展的生命线就是服务,而且是其十分重要的核心价值观。所以说,在时代变化迅疾的大背景下,图书馆的各项工作也都要做到协同发展、与时俱进,以更好地服务质量呈现在读者面前。本文就对图书馆的工作模式和服务创新提出几点建议,抛砖引玉,希望能够得到广大同仁的批评指正,大家共同努力,不断促进图书馆的工作效率与服务创新的质量。
With the continuous development of modern society, the era of library revolution has arrived under the strong support of high-tech. Among all the functions of the library, service is the point that can best embody its basic purpose. It can even be said that the lifeline of library development is service, and it is its very important core values. Therefore, under the background of swift changes in the times, all the library work must also be coordinated with each other and keep pace with the times so that better service quality can be presented to readers. This article put forward some suggestions on the working mode and service innovation of the library. It hopes to get criticism from the masses of colleagues and work together to promote the efficiency of library and the quality of service innovation.
