目的:分析柳叶菜科月见草属植物月见草挥发油的化学成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取月见草全草挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对挥发油成分进行分析。结果:共分离了30个峰,确认了其中22个化合物,其中含量最多的是去氢香薷酮(89.02%)。结论:首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析月见草全草挥发油的化学成分,为月见草的进一步研究及开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the evening primrose volatile oil of the genus Oostenolina. Methods: Volatile oil of Oenothera biennis was extracted by steam distillation. The components of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: A total of 30 peaks were separated and 22 of them were identified. Among them, the highest content was dehydro-sevanone (89.02%). Conclusion: The chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the whole plant of Ophiopogon japonicus were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the first time, which provided a scientific basis for the further research and development of the evening primrose oil.
