目的:为鉴别和进一步开发研究乌苏里瓦韦提供参考依据。方法:对乌苏里瓦韦采用性状、显微鉴别法进行鉴定。结果:乌苏里瓦韦叶表皮细胞不规则,垂周壁弯曲呈波状;叶上表面几乎无气孔,下表面气孔丰富;叶柄基部维管束有2~3条,从叶柄基部到叶片主脉,维管束逐渐合并成1条,木质部呈“T”字型;孢子囊壁环带属纵行环带;根状茎表皮细胞1列,细胞壁均匀加厚,韧皮部较少,可见分泌细胞;粉末中导管丰富,多为梯纹导管,也有环纹导管和螺纹导管,厚壁细胞多见。结论:以上特征可作为乌苏里瓦韦的显微鉴别要点,为其鉴定及资源开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To provide a reference for the identification and further development of Wusulivawe. Methods: The characters of Wusuliwewei were identified by microscopic identification. Results: The epidermal cells of Ussuriivu were irregular and the walls of the vertical wall were wavy. Tube bundles gradually merged into one, the xylem was “T” shape; sporangium wall band with longitudinal ring; rhizome epidermal cells 1 column, the cell wall is thickened, less phloem, secreting cells can be seen; powder In the catheter rich, mostly ladder catheter, there are ring catheter and threaded catheter, thick-walled cells more common. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be used as the microscopic identification points of Wusuvelva, providing reference for its identification and resource exploitation and utilization.
