随着医院工作人员管理形式的发展,医院工会已经成为了一个重要的群众组织,在医院管理中起着重要作用。医院工会工作的开展不仅影响着医院工会成员的精神面貌,更是影响着医院内党组织工作的开展,影响整个医院的管理工作。而目前许多医院的工会工作缺乏活力,不能达到工会工作开展的要求,甚至可能影响成员的工作状态和医院的管理。本文通过分析目前工会工作开展现状,探究缺乏活力的原因,提出增强医院工会工作活力的方法,为工会工作的开展提供新的创新道路。
With the development of hospital staff management, hospital unions have become an important mass organization and play an important role in hospital management. The work of hospital unions not only affects the mental outlook of hospital union members, but also affects the development of the work of party organizations within the hospital and affects the management of the entire hospital. At present, the labor union work in many hospitals lacks vitality and can not meet the requirements for the work of trade unions. It may even affect the working conditions of members and the management of hospitals. This paper analyzes the current situation of the trade unions, explores the reasons for the lack of vitality, puts forward ways to enhance the vitality of the labor union in hospitals, and provides a new innovation path for the development of trade unions.
