骨髓穿刺涂片检查(以下简称骨髓涂片)是诊断血液病的基本检查方法之一,它能细致地观察细胞形态并进行分类,但无法深入了解骨髓组织结构的变化和造血细胞的密度及分布,即骨髓的全貌。因此,近年来有人主张骨髓涂片检查与骨髓活体组织检查(以下简称骨髓活检)配合应用,并提出多部位穿刺取材的方法,以提高对血液病诊断的正确率,我院1987年10月至1991年12月同步作骨髓涂片与骨髓活检100例,现将有关资料作一分析,探讨骨髓涂片与骨髓活检同步应用对血液病的诊断价值。一般资料本组男性56例,女性44例,年龄13～
