患儿男,14岁。全身红斑、水疱、鳞屑14年,2年前本院肾穿刺诊断为肾母细胞癌。皮损组织病理示:表皮明显增厚,可见粗大的透明角质颗粒,棘层明显增厚,棘层上部及颗粒层可见细胞核周空泡样变,界不清,真皮浅层炎性细胞浸润。诊断:表皮松解性角化过度鱼鳞病;肾母细胞癌。
Children male, 14 years old. Systemic erythema, blisters, scaly 14 years, 2 years ago, our hospital renal cell carcinoma diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. Histopathological examination showed that the epidermis was obviously thickened, with thick transparent keratinous granules and thick acanthosis stratum. The peritumoral vacuoles of the nucleus were observed in the upper part of the stratum spinosum and the granular layer. Diagnosis: epidermolysis hyperkeratosis ichthyosis; renal cell carcinoma.
